Manufacturing Engineer | Metal Fab

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and refine production workflows.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all manufacturing activities.
• Support the introduction of new equipment and technologies into the production environment.
• Provide technical guidance and training to production staff as needed.
• Monitor and maintain equipment to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
• Document processes and maintain records for continuous improvement initiatives.
