About Our Client

Our client is a vertically integrated design-build firm based in Birmingham, AL. Their focus is on developing a differentiated delivery platform that improves lives. They specialize in the delivery of facilities utilizing the Design, Manufacture, Construct (DMC) methodology - a framework that replaces the century-old, siloed approach of the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. A major and highly-valued component in their delivery process is their in-house Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing trades, each with dedicated field and operations personnel dedicated to perfecting their crafts.

This is a mid-sized company established just over 10 years ago. They currently have around 100 employees, but have a strategic growth plan based around their backlog that will result in an excess of 120 employees within the next year. Their unique projects are across the Southeast including the state of TX.
