Job Description

  • Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection scopes
  • Review and manage MEP drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIs
  • Support BIM coordination, clash detection, and constructability reviews
  • Collaborate with project management, field teams, designers, and trades
  • Track schedules, procurement, and long-lead MEP equipment
  • Assist with commissioning, quality control, and closeout documentation
  • Senior-level candidates may lead MEP execution, budgets, and mentor staff

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
  • Experience supporting MEP coordination on commercial or healthcare projects
  • Open to limited future travel within North and South Carolina
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Suitable titles include MEP Coordinator, MEP Project Engineer, MEP Engineer,
  • Building Systems Engineer, MEP Manager, or MEP Project Manager
