With a robust backlog throughout the DFW market and continued strategic growth, they are seeking an experienced MEP Director to elevate technical excellence across the business.Job DescriptionReporting directly to senior operational leadership, the MEP Director will serve as the company's subject matter expert for all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems matters across the DFW portfolio. The MEP Director will partner closely with project teams, owners, consultants, and trade partners to ensure successful project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.Lead and mentor project teams, field personnel, and operations leaders on all MEP-related matters.Provide strategic oversight of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and life safety systems across multiple projects.Support preconstruction efforts through design reviews, constructability analysis, budgeting, value engineering, and subcontractor procurement.Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to identify risk, coordination challenges, and cost-saving opportunities.Drive collaboration between owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners to ensure seamless system integration.Monitor project schedules, budgets, commissioning activities, and quality standards to ensure successful project outcomes.Resolve complex technical challenges and provide leadership on critical system coordination issues throughout the construction process.Develop and implement best practices, standards, and processes to strengthen MEP performance across the organisation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
