Job Description

  • Manage and oversee all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of construction projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Review and approve MEP designs, plans, and specifications for compliance and feasibility.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure that MEP systems meet quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise and solutions to address any challenges or issues that arise during construction.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations on all MEP-related activities.
  • Lead and mentor MEP teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, keeping them informed of project milestones and updates.
