The company continues to invest heavily in technology, leadership development, and employee growthJob DescriptionThe MEP Project Manager will report into senior Mission Critical leadership and play a critical role in the successful execution of complex data center construction projects throughout Texas. The MEP Project Manager will oversee planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems while ensuring project quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved.Manage all MEP scopes on large-scale mission critical and data center projects.Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection subcontractors.Drive scheduling, procurement, installation, commissioning, and turnover activities.Collaborate with project teams to resolve technical challenges and maintain project momentum.Monitor budgets, forecasts, quality standards, and risk mitigation initiatives.Support client communication and stakeholder management throughout project delivery.Travel throughout Texas as required to support active project assignments.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
