Job Description

  • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of MEP systems for construction projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies for efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Manage and lead a team of technicians and subcontractors to ensure project success.
  • Coordinate with clients to meet their specific requirements and expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure optimal performance.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project progress and system performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Finance, Business, or Economics Preferred
  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in construction, managing projects up to $40 million
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing project demands
