Job Description

The MEP Superintendent - Data Centers - Top 30 ENR GC will be responsible for:

  • Manage all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) aspects of data center construction projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to meet project timelines and goals.
  • Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure work aligns with project requirements.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
  • Ensure proper documentation of project milestones and adherence to budget constraints.

The Successful Applicant

The MEP Superintendent - Data Centers - Top 30 ENR GC should have the following:

  • 3-5+ years of Superintendent experience
  • Data Center project experience is required - if not, then needs to have complex, large-scale projects
  • Demonstrated success overseeing multimillion‑dollar portfolios.
  • Excellent communication skills with proven client‑facing experience.
