MEP - Traveling Assistant Project Manager

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing MEP construction projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to align project goals and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior project managers and stakeholders.
• Review and ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Support the procurement process by sourcing and managing materials and equipment as needed.
• Assist in maintaining project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and address any on-site issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve project challenges efficiently.
