Job Description

    • Lead field operations on ground-up projects (frequently tilt-wall construction)
    • Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality from mobilization to turnover
    • Coordinate closely with ownership groups and leadership stakeholders
    • Travel nationally (projects typically 6-12+ months in duration)
    • Drive accountability and maintain project timelines in fast-paced environments

The Successful Applicant

    • 5-10+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
    • Experience with tilt-wall or large structure ground-up builds
    • Background in church, community, or large gathering spaces preferred
    • Willingness to travel nationally full-time
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
