A well-established commercial general contractor with a strong reputation in Texas is seeking a Superintendent to lead ground-up retail strip mall projects. The firm specializes in retail, office, and commercial developments and is known for its collaborative culture, high-quality builds, and long-term relationships with both clients and trade partners.

Job Description



  • Lead all field operations for ground-up retail construction projects.


  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and ensure quality control.


  • Maintain schedules, budgets, and open communication with project managers, owners, and architects.


  • Provide daily direction and leadership to crews and trade partners.

The Successful Applicant



  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience with ground-up retail construction.


  • Proven history delivering strip malls, shopping centers, or comparable commercial retail projects.


  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to solve problems quickly.


  • Familiarity with scheduling software and field reporting tools.
