• Oversee all phases of healthcare projects (renovations + ground-up), from preconstruction through completion
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts
• Coordinate work in active healthcare environments while ensuring minimal disruption
• Maintain strict safety, infection control, and compliance standards
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and procurement processes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and internal teams
• Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders
