Job Description

    • Support Project Managers in the full lifecycle delivery of construction projects
    • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure schedules are met
    • Assist in project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking
    • Review drawings, manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
    • Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to maintain clear communication
    • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

    • 2-5+ years of experience in construction project management, ideally within retail or commercial interiors
    • Experience working for a general contractor on high-end or design-led projects
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Proficiency in construction documentation, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
    • Detail-oriented with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
