Job Description

    • Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
    • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement processes
    • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies
    • Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific regulations, codes, and safety standards
    • Lead on-site project teams and manage subcontractor performance
    • Drive project quality, risk mitigation, and issue resolution
    • Provide regular project updates and reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

    • Proven experience as a Project Manager within a general contractor environment
    • Strong background delivering commercial healthcare projects (hospitals, clinics, life sciences, or similar)
    • Deep understanding of NYC construction market, codes, and permitting processes
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred
