They specialize in institutional, educational, municipal, healthcare, and infrastructure projects, delivering high-quality construction services for some of the region's most prominent public agencies.Job DescriptionManage multiple public-sector construction projects from award through completion.Oversee project budgets, cost controls, forecasting, and change order management.Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate all project activities.Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and public agency representatives.Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and procurement schedules.Coordinate HVAC, MEP, and specialty trade installations.Ensure compliance with agency requirements, NYC building regulations, and safety standards.Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reporting to senior leadership and clients.Support preconstruction efforts including estimating, value engineering, and bid reviewsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
