Job Description

    • Manage multiple commercial interiors projects concurrently across Manhattan
    • Oversee all phases of construction: preconstruction, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and close-out
    • Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, building management, and clients
    • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, cost reports, and change orders
    • Ensure compliance with NYC codes, safety standards, and building regulations
    • Lead site meetings and proactively mitigate risks, delays, and cost overruns
    • Deliver exceptional quality and client satisfaction on every project

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

    • Strong knowledge of Manhattan building operations, unions, and local codes
    • Proven track record delivering projects in occupied buildings and tight timelines
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
    • Proficient with project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
