Job Description

    • Oversee all phases of construction projects, includingpre-construction, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution
    • Manage high-end interior fit-outs and ground-up builds, ensuring exceptional quality and adherence to design intent
    • Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, cost controls, and risk mitigation strategies
    • Lead project meetings and provide clear, consistent communication to all stakeholders
    • Ensure compliance with NYC building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
    • Handle change orders, RFIs, and document control with accuracy and efficiency
    • Drive projects to successful on-time and on-budget completion

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

    • 7+ years' experience as a Project Manager with a NYC general contractor
    • Proven track record managing both high-end interiors and ground-up construction projects
    • Strong knowledge of NYC construction processes, permitting, and regulations
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
    • Highly organized with strong budgeting, scheduling, and problem-solving abilities
    • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
    • Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Primavera, MS Project, etc.)
