Job Description

  • Manage full lifecycle of ground-up healthcare construction projects and medical office build-outs
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project teams from preconstruction through close-out
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, codes (DOH, TJC), and safety standards
  • Coordinate closely with clients, architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders
  • Lead project meetings, reporting, and documentation to ensure transparency and alignment
  • Identify risks and develop proactive solutions to maintain project timelines and budgets
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

    • Proven track record delivering ground-up healthcare projects and/or medical office build-outs in New York
    • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, infection control (ICRA), and regulatory processes
    • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex project environments
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
    • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
