Job Description

As a Michael Page - Public Super | Bronx, NY, you will:

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities from project start through closeout.
  • Manage subcontractors, site logistics, schedules, and manpower.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, agency requirements, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate inspections with city agencies and third-party consultants.
  • Conduct daily site meetings and prepare progress reports.
  • Maintain project schedules and proactively mitigate delays.
  • Enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers on budgeting, scheduling, and owner communication.
  • Monitor quality control and ensure successful project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Michael Page - Public Super | Bronx, NY, should have:

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience managing public construction projects.
  • Experience with SCA, DDC, DASNY, NYCHA, MTA, DEP, Port Authority, or similar agency work preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of NYC construction regulations, permits, and inspections.
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain aggressive project schedules.
  • OSHA 30 Certification required.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
