• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site logistics to maintain efficient workflow
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, healthcare regulations, and NYC building codes
• Maintain and update project schedules in collaboration with the Project Management team
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with plans and specifications
• Lead daily site meetings, manage site documentation, and track progress against milestones
• Identify and proactively resolve field issues to keep projects on track
