Job Description

    • Oversee all on-site construction activities from project inception through completion
    • Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and daily field operations
    • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
    • Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance across all site activities
    • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients
    • Conduct site meetings, maintain detailed progress reports, and proactively resolve issues
    • Drive project sequencing, look-ahead schedules, and resource planning

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

    • Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up and/or large-scale interior projects in New York
    • Strong understanding of NYC construction regulations, codes, and safety standards
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced job sites
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
    • Stable work history with reputable general contractors
    • OSHA certification and a strong commitment to job site safety
    • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, high-performance environment
