Job Description

  • Lead multiple commercial and mission-critical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage project financials, budgets, schedules, forecasting, and client expectations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field teams
  • Drive project execution while ensuring quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved
  • Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Review contracts, change orders, and cost reporting to ensure project success

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager within commercial mission critical construction
  • 12+ years of experience in ground up commercial construction
  • Experience managing complex projects with significant client interaction
  • Strong understanding of project financial management and cost controls
  • Proven ability to lead teams and independently deliver successful projects
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience within data center, mission-critical, industrial, or commercial construction preferred
  • Ability to work from the Richardson, TX office while supporting projects as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
