About Our Client

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within multifamily construction.
  • Experience managing ground-up apartment communities, podium construction, wrap-style developments, mixed-use projects, or luxury multifamily developments.
  • Proven track record managing projects valued between $20M-$100M+.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.



Job Description

  • Manage all phases of multi-family construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and project documentation to ensure compliance with project goals.
  • Monitor on-site construction activities to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges to keep progress on track.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and updates for stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Multi-Family Construction Project Manager should have:

5+ years of Project Management experience within multifamily construction.

Experience managing ground-up apartment communities, podium construction, wrap-style developments, mixed-use projects, or luxury multifamily developments.

Proven track record managing projects valued between $20M-$100M+.

Strong knowledge of construction contracts, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control.

Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
