Multifamily - Assistant Superintendent

• Assist in managing daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain efficient workflow.
• Monitor job site safety and enforce compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with the Superintendent to resolve construction challenges and maintain project quality.
• Review and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy in execution.
• Oversee quality control processes to ensure all work meets company and client expectations.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including team members and clients.
• Document project progress and report updates to the Superintendent and project management team.
