The company offers a steady project pipeline, strong leadership, and opportunities for Project Managers to take full ownership of projects from start to finish.Job DescriptionManage ground-up multifamily projects from award through completion.Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement.Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.Lead owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings.Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field teams.Review drawings and specifications for scope and constructability.Track project costs, forecasts, and payment applications.Manage subcontractor contracts and scopes of work.Monitor project schedules and resolve potential delays.Oversee punch list, turnover, and final project closeout.Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
