Multifamily Construction Senior Project Manager

  Comprehensive Project Ownership: Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, quality assurance, and safety management.
• 
  
  Financial & Contract Management: Oversee the full financial lifecycle, including job cost reports, monthly WIP projections, subcontracts, purchase orders, and the entire change order process.
• 
  
  Team Leadership & Alignment: Partner closely with the Project Lead to establish project approach and goals; direct and mentor the project team to successfully resolve daily field challenges.
• 
  
  Client & Industry Relations: Serve as the primary client contact and build long-term relationships with industry leaders to maintain the firm's reputation and secure future business.
• 
  
  Pre-construction Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with estimating teams to review contract documents and master the unique specifications of each project.
• 
  
  Continuous Improvement: Maintain an in-depth understanding of company policies and actively pursue professional development through industry networking and continuing education.
