Job Description

  • Lead and manage all phases of multifamily development projects, from site selection to project delivery.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Oversee feasibility studies, market research, and financial modeling to support project decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with local zoning regulations, building codes, and permitting processes in Charlotte, NC.
  • Monitor construction progress and address any challenges that may arise during project execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align project goals with the company's overall strategy.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a focus on delivering high-quality multifamily developments within the Business Services industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Multifamily Development Manager should have:

  • Strong experience delivering multifamily projects across varying product types.
  • Background within a developer environment preferred, though senior GC PMs with strong client‑side instincts will be considered.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, non‑cookie‑cutter projects.
  • Strong relationships and market knowledge across North and South Carolina.
  • Comfortable taking ownership and operating autonomously.
  • Strong communication skills with consultants, contractors, and leadership.
