Job Description

  • Lead multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover
  • Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and subcontractor performance
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and field teams to drive project success
  • Monitor project costs, change orders, risk mitigation, and reporting requirements
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all phases
