This role will take ownership of high-density podium-style multifamily projects and be a key leader within the local construction team.

Job Description

  • Lead multifamily projects of 3+ stories and 150+ units
  • Oversee a current 7-story, 300-unit project in the Raleigh area
  • Manage project teams, schedules, budgets, and client relationships
  • Coordinate subcontractors and self-perform trades
  • Support the growth of the multifamily construction division

The Successful Applicant

A successful Multifamily Project Manager / SPM should have:

  • 10+ years of multifamily construction experience in Raleigh
  • Experience delivering large-scale podium or wrap-style projects
  • Open to Project Manager or Senior Project Manager level
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
