Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout.
  • Develop, manage, and update project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all job sites.
  • Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.
  • Facilitate regular meetings to communicate project progress, address challenges, and align with stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to minimize delays and cost overruns.
  • Lead and mentor project team members to achieve project goals effectively.
