They are in continual growth mode and are in need of a Senior Project Manager to help support this growth. Their project work consists of luxury Multifamily projects with apartment complexes and mixed-use spaces. Job Description

Responsible for leading all construction activity and project planning.
Participate in the proposal meeting with the owner to review the scope of work.
Monitor project forecast and fulfill job cost responsibilities.
Conduct weekly job site meetings on site with superintendents.
Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results.
Meet with potential clients to discuss upcoming work.
Mentor and guide all members of the project team.

The Successful Applicant

Degree in Construction Management or similar degree is preferred but not required.
9+ years of Project Management (not Project Engineering or Assistant Project Manager) experience.
Previous Multi-Family experience is a must. At least the most recent 7-9 years being in this market.
Experience running projects at $30M+ range.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Proficient in technology & common Project Management softwares including PlanGrid, Timerberline, Sage Accounting, FastTrack, and Excel.
Willing to be a team lead & mentor to junior team members.
