Michael Page is partnered with a premier Multifamily Developer/General Contractor with an booming pipeline growing across the local Indy area. They are in continual growth mode and are in need of a Senior Project Manager to help support this growth. Their project work consists of luxury Multifamily projects with apartment complexes and mixed-use spaces. Job Description

  • Responsible for leading all construction activity and project planning.
  • Participate in the proposal meeting with the owner to review the scope of work.
  • Monitor project forecast and fulfill job cost responsibilities.
  • Conduct weekly job site meetings on site with superintendents.
  • Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results.
  • Meet with potential clients to discuss upcoming work.
  • Mentor and guide all members of the project team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Construction Management or similar degree is preferred but not required.
  • 9+ years of Project Management (not Project Engineering or Assistant Project Manager) experience.
  • Previous Multi-Family experience is a must. At least the most recent 7-9 years being in this market.
  • Experience running projects at $30M+ range.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in technology & common Project Management softwares including PlanGrid, Timerberline, Sage Accounting, FastTrack, and Excel.
  • Willing to be a team lead & mentor to junior team members.
