Multifamily Superintendent - Detroit

• Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the job site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and logs.
• Supervise and mentor construction team members to ensure productivity and high performance.
• Identify potential risks and implement solutions to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
