Multifamily Superintendent

• Oversee all aspects of multifamily construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring quality standards are met at every stage.
• Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including schedules and reports.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in construction management.
