This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join a highly respected builder and play a key role in delivering impactful public projects throughout the community.Job DescriptionLead and manage multiple building and construction projects from start to finish.Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure the project stays within financial constraints.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality work and compliance with safety regulations.Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns or changes.Review and approve project designs, plans, and permits to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.Resolve any issues that may arise during construction, providing timely solutions.Ensure all safety standards and regulations are strictly followed throughout the project life cycle.Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
