The successful candidate will lead the Industrial sales function, strengthen channel performance, drive revenue growth, and build a more disciplined, accountable commercial organization capable of supporting long-term expansion.Lead and grow a $40M+ Industrial business, driving profitable revenue growth through a combination of direct sales, strategic account development, OEM partnerships, distributors, and independent representatives.Build, optimize, and hold accountable a national network of manufacturers' representatives and channel partners, improving performance, market coverage, opportunity generation, and execution.Develop and execute growth strategies across targeted verticals, applications, regions, and customer segments to accelerate market penetration and new customer acquisition.
