Job Description

  • Manage and distribute incoming invoices through the company's accounting system
  • Track vendor and subcontractor statements and ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Support accounting and job cost processes in coordination with leadership
  • Maintain organized financial and administrative records
  • Provide general office administration support as needed
  • Work closely with the VP on accounting-related matters

The Successful Applicant

  • Prior experience in an office administration or accounting support role
  • Comfortable handling invoices, statements, and financial documentation
  • Experience with construction accounting software preferred
  • Foundations software experience is a strong plus
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working fully in-office, five days per week
