Job Description

  • Coordinate and oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain and organize office records, supplies, and equipment.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars for team members.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution.
  • Support team projects by preparing reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team and management.
