This role supports the day‑to‑day running of a busy office, ensuring smooth operations and an excellent employee and visitor experience. The Office Coordinator will act as a central point of contact while partnering closely with internal teams and external vendors.

Job Description

  • Manage daily office operations, including facilities, supplies and vendors
  • Act as first point of contact for visitors, calls and general inquiries
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, schedules and office events
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Liaise with building management and service providers
  • Maintain office policies, procedures and records
  • Provide ad‑hoc administrative support to leadership and teams

The Successful Applicant

A successful Office Coordinator should have:

  • Prior experience in an office coordinator, office manager or administrative role
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a professional demeanor
  • Proactive, adaptable and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong MS Office / Google Workspace skills
  • Willingness to take ownership and support across multiple functions
