This is a unique opportunity to join a company with deep roots and a forward-looking vision.Job Description The Office Engineer will be responsible for:Assist Project Managers with RFIs, submittals, takeoffs, and daily documentationOrganize and manage project records, drawing logs, and correspondenceTrack material orders, delivery schedules, and subcontractor coordinationSupport preconstruction planning and closeout documentationCommunicate regularly with field teams and help translate project documents into field executionReview plans and specs using AutoCAD and assist with markups when necessaryWork collaboratively with project executives and senior leadership to support large-scale public and private civil projectsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful Applicant The ideal Office Engineer will have:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar (or equivalent field experience)0-6 years of relevant construction experience, ideally in heavy civil, DOT, site work, or airport projectsFamiliarity with public infrastructure and self-perform construction environmentsComfortable working in a tight-knit team that values flexibility, accountability, and hands-on supportExperience working with companies like P.A.
