Job Description

  • Develop and implement operational resilience strategies to strengthen the organization's risk management framework.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate operational risks.
  • Lead the development of business continuity plans and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of existing risk controls and propose improvements.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement in operational resilience processes and initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and training on risk and compliance-related matters to relevant teams.
