About Our Client

My client is an Alexandria-based owner's rep firm known for senior-level involvement, strong client relationships, and giving PMs exposure to a diverse portfolio of DMV projects. They're looking for a versatile, team-oriented Project Manager who can take ownership of projects and become a trusted extension of the client's team.

Job Description

  • Plan and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure milestones are met.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee procurement and allocation of resources.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the project lifecycle.
