Job Description

The Packaging Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans aligned with company goals, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close. This role includes building and maintaining strong customer relationships, delivering product presentations, negotiating agreements, and collaborating closely with marketing and product teams. The Successful Applicant

The ideal Packaging Sales Executive candidate will have 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the printing or packaging industry, and a consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets. They will be highly motivated, comfortable working independently in a remote environment, and skilled in building long-term client relationships. Strong communication, negotiation, time management, and organizational skills are essential, along with experience using CRM systems and adapting to changing market conditions.The ideal candidate resides in Ohio, Texas, California, New York, or New Jersey.
