Job Description

  • Manage parish correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mailings.
  • Organize and maintain parish records and documentation.
  • Coordinate schedules and appointments for parish leadership and staff.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of parish communications, such as newsletters and bulletins.
  • Support the planning and execution of parish events and meetings.
  • Handle inquiries from parishioners and visitors, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the office operates efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other staff and volunteers to support parish goals and activities.
