Job Description

  • Develop and execute litigation strategies for patent disputes.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Conduct legal research and analyze complex patent and intellectual property issues.
  • Collaborate with clients to provide strategic advice and updates on case progress.
  • Participate in discovery processes, including depositions and document reviews.
  • Prepare for and represent clients in court hearings, trials, and mediations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical experts and co-counsel.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal precedents and patent law developments.
