The company is recognized for its standing in their sector and delivering quality services to its clients.Job DescriptionOversee end-to-end payroll processing for 2,000 employees (union & non-union), ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and policies.Oversee payroll reporting and the creation of exempt & non-exempt payroll reports.Maintain and update payroll systems to reflect employee changes, tax updates, and other necessary information.Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including tax filings and reporting requirements.Collaborate with the Human Resources and Finance teams to address employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues.Monitor and improve payroll processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.Ensure confidentiality of employee payroll records and sensitive information.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
