Job Description



Responsibilities include:

  • Manage day-to-day field operations from project startup through final completion.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and trade partners.
  • Develop and maintain construction schedules to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Lead jobsite safety efforts and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Manage quality control and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate project logistics, material deliveries, and workforce planning.
  • Conduct daily meetings and communicate project priorities to all stakeholders.
  • Identify potential project challenges and implement solutions proactively.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and engineers.
  • Track project progress and maintain detailed field documentation.
  • Ensure successful project turnover and closeout.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing commercial construction projects.
  • Experience overseeing projects from sitework through completion.
  • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  • Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of field safety and quality management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment.
