Job Description

    • Prepare and organize pleadings, motions, discovery, and medical records.
    • Conduct legal research to support case strategy.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files.
    • Coordinate with attorneys, clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers.
    • Assist with trial preparation, exhibits, and case evidence.
    • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely court filings.
    • Communicate with courts, opposing counsel, and other parties.
    • Provide administrative support to the litigation team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal should have:
