With multiple offices across the East Coast and a growing presence in Charlotte, they offer stability, growth opportunities, and a collaborative environment.Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the Project Manager will be:Manage commercial construction projects from planning through completion.Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project execution.Lead projects primarily within the banking sector, with some retail projects as needed.Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Monitor project costs and support budgeting and forecasting activities.Utilise estimating knowledge to assist with project planning and cost management.Support the continued growth and expansion of the Charlotte operation.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.If interested, please apply using the link below.
