The company is recognised for its expertise in hospitality, mixed-use, multifamily, and historic redevelopment projects and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative team environment.Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the Project Manager will be:Lead and support project management efforts on a luxury hospitality redevelopment project.Coordinate and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.Collaborate with project leadership, ownership groups, consultants, and finance teams.Support execution of a complex adaptive reuse project involving a historic 100-year-old structure.Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, and project documentation.Drive communication among internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.Assist with project closeout activities and completion milestones.Partner closely with the General Manager and project team to successfully deliver the project.If interested, please apply using the link below.
