PM/SPM - Owner's Representation - Alexandria, VA

The Project Manager/Senior Project Manager will:

• Lead owner's representation and project management assignments from planning through project closeout.
• Manage interior fit-out, tenant improvement, base building, capital improvement, and infrastructure projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, dashboards, and performance reporting tools.
• Monitor project risks, costs, schedules, and quality standards while proactively resolving issues.
• Facilitate meetings, communicate project updates, and drive decision-making among project teams.
• Support pre-construction planning, due diligence, procurement, and project strategy activities.
• Oversee multiple projects across sectors including Workplace, Education, Healthcare, Multifamily, Cultural, Media, and Private Clubs.
• Partner closely with senior leadership to deliver exceptional client service and project outcomes.
• Travel periodically throughout the DMV region to project sites and client locations.
